Vinyasa Flow Yoga with Sarah Kenway

Feed mind and body with local teacher Sarah Kenway in our light and airy coworking space.  

Sarah will guide us through an hour of Vinyasa Flow, a style of yoga that links poses with movement, and places an emphasis on the breath. You can expect a calm and gentle session with adaptations for those that are ready for a bit of a challenge. Classes include standing postures, seated postures and relaxation. Suitable for all levels. 

Namaste! 

£10 per session, £8 for TTNY Members. If you’re thinking of making it a regular thing; book for ten classes and we’ll give you the tenth session free.

    The HBC Summit is back and it’s bigger and better than ever before!

    At the Health Bloggers Community, we aim to bring together health and wellness influencers, brands and industry professionals to discuss content, social media practices and expected trends, as well as learn cutting–edge health and wellness advice from leading industry experts.

    We know that setting up your brand, business or career in wellness can be tough. But with our team of fitness, wellness and content and strategy experts, plus the friendliest community around, we’re here to help! We’ll show you what you can achieve and connect you with the people you need to know to guarantee success and fulfilment.

    Saturday 23rd March will be a jam–packed day full of interactive workshops, dedicated Q&As with inspirational health and fitness figures, and the opportunity to network with brands both big and small.

    Join earth&purposeyoga and The Good Food physician for another Yoga Brunch Club at This Time Next Year. We’re super excited to announce we’re coming back to this wonderful space, and collaborating with This Time Next Year. Good stuff certainly does happen when we come together. So we’re doing it again! The meetup is the perfect opportunity to work out with friends and catch up over delicious homemade food. Expect to enjoy an uplifting yoga class focusing on our energy centers. Bringing balance and harmony to where we need it the most

    The 75 minute vinyasa flow will focus on the heart chakra, “ I am Love, I give Love, I am open to Love’ looking at creating space and openess around the heart energy center. It’s time for you … letting go of your busy week and setting some time aside to ground down and chill out over the weekend.

    Followed, by a plant based brunch prepared by The Good Food Physician aka Phoebe Gallagher and Lucinda Notley. Phoebe is a London based GP by day and a chef at Weekends. Luncinda is a full time chef and food stylist in London. Phoebe and Luncinda met at Ballymaloe Cookery School and are the ultimate dream team. They both will curate and prepare a special seasonal menu for the event to suit all tastebuds. You can look forward to an array of vibrant healthy and colourful dishes! Exactly, what the body is craving after an energetic high vibin flow. We will ofcourse reward you for your sweaty efforts, with some sweetness! Sweet and savoury goodness.
